I would love to see the Roman church engage hesychasm more. It's talked about a lot in the Orthodox world and the West is only mentioned briefly in opposition to hesychasm. Honestly, except for Orthodox mentions, I never see it come up at all, even it's opposite, divine simplicity.<br /><br /> Hesychasm ties in so well to the concepts of theosis, divinization, etc. that I'm attracted to.
